Not since the E36 generation has the notorious M3 been available as a four door model. Here are the latest images of the E90 BMW M3 4 door sedan photographed in Germany. Sporting the front-end treatment of the E92 M3 Coupe, the saloon will be unveiled in one months time at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
A small trip down memory lane recalls earlier M3 sedan spy photos showing a plastic hood which was suspected to make room for the 420 bhp 4.0 liter V8 which sits below. Now we can see BMW has kept the functional hump now known as the “power bulge”. Stay tuned for official details in the coming days/weeks.
