2009 Mercedes CLK Preview
There is one vehicle in the Mercedes lineup that is in dire need of a redesign: this car being their coupe the Mercedes CLK. This artistic illustration gives you a nice idea of how the new Mercedes CLK should look when it debuts sometime during "the summer of 2008."
As you can see from the side, the new CLK should take on the sweeping lines of its brother car the Mercedes CLS. The front of this Mercedes CLK rendering resembles the recently released C-class but with a little more sport to it. Bi-xenon headlights should keep the road illuminated during night driving.
On the inside Mercedes plans on adding several advanced technologies known as "Presafe II, night vision, Comand II, and the Distronic Plus adaptive cruise control system" which are all found in their flagship car the Mercedes S-class. Loading up the new CLK with S-class technology means that drivers will have the most technologically advanced CLK to date.
Power options for the new CLK will include:
-the 272-hp V6 CLK 350
-the 388-hp V8 CLK 500
-the 503-hp CLK 63 AMG
Last model integrations will include all-wheel drive 4MATIC transmission in addition to a hybrid powertrain.

this is not a clk... it look more like an acura "honda" integra coupe to me...with a mercedes front...i think the cl class still look better then this...it look like a lexus here...oh the front grill is too big for its size...it is some how similar to the new c class that has a big "lips" grill...

2005 Facelift 350 + sportpack -nice
2009 New model as rendered above-No way am I buying that. Sorry Merc, if it's anything like that, that is one ugly step too far.

hope the front wont look like that although it will probably be something similar. everything else looks much better than the current outdated clk although i agree this resembles the current cl a bit too much.
