Prototypes of Dodge's new crossover SUV, code named JC49, have been spotted at various testing spots in the US. Now these latest photos, taken in Europe, capture the new Dodge there too.
As a crossover vehicle, it is built on the platform of a sedan, in this case, the chassis used by the Dodge Avenger and Chrysler Sebring. The boxy styling seems typical of most recent Dodge and Jeep SUV's.
The new crossover will probably be introduced for the 2009 model year.
