Tokyo Electric Power company is the first company to test the brand new Mitsubishi i MiEV electric vehicle for every day usage. Of course the power company has been lending a helping hand to Mitsubishi in regards to the power supply in the i, but now they get to verify compatibility and consistency.
If all goes well, later this year more i MiEV's will be delivered to corporate customers in order to expose the car to real day-to-day wear and tear.
