Our Scandinavian neighbors over at Auto Motor & Sport Sweden have exclusive photos of the Saab 9-3 convertible facelift completely uncovered. Due for launch in the fall, the photos snapped by an observant AMS reader show a more aggressive look with new chrome strip accents above the headlamps, fog lamps surround openings and boot lid running between the tailamps. Also, the tailamps are new but still retain that white frosted outer lense look like the current wagon. But most dramatically a deeper front grille with separate outer kidney grilles combined with a new lower bumper fascia which renders an appearance of an "X". In addition to receiving the new Haldex AWD system, expect the Aero version to receive a revised V6 turbo engine producing 300hp. However, the optional Haldex system won't be available until 6 months after the facelift launch.
