It's been quiet for a while at Sportec in the Swiss Alps, last time we spotted them was at 2006 Geneva where they introduced the smoking hot 800hp Porsche SPR1. But today is the day that they reveal a first glimpse on their latest project, the Sportec RS 300 based on the new Audi S3 8P.
As the name suggests, the sporty hot-hatch comes with 300 horses (up from a factory 265hp) drawn from the 2.0 TFSI engine, and it will speed up to 100km/h in approximately 5.1 seconds. Maximum speed lies at 258 km/h which should be plenty for any highway, including Autobahns.
Painted in brilliant black with very brave, eye-catching green accents and break calipers the RS 300 sits on a choice of 18 or 19 inch wheels, is equipped with a double 76mm exhaust tips and has optional interior decorations like sport pedals, floormats and Alcantara lining.
Expect a full press release sometime next week!
