Press Release
From 360 degree view technology to improved fuel efficiency, Infiniti will unveil its EX Concept and G37 during the New York International Auto Show. The Infiniti EX Concept is a coupe-inspired SUV that exemplifies the automaker's upcoming 2008 Infiniti crossover SUV. The Infiniti EX Concept features new technologies including Around View Monitor (AVM) and Lane Departure Prevention systems. The Around View Monitor was designed to reduce a driver's blind spot via small front, side and rear-mounted cameras that project a 360 degree view of potential objects on every side of the vehicle. This concept vehicle also contains a liquid crystal full-length glass roof panel that can change from transparent to translucent via a special touch sensor system. The all-new Infiniti G37 Coupe was designed for improved fuel-efficiency via its 3.7-liter V6 engine with VVEL (Variable Valve Event and Lift). The G37's VVEL is also expected to improve emissions and fuel efficiency. The G37 will be available in August 2007.Related Articles
