New model, new engines
The Corolla-based minivan Verso has been on the market since January 2001. Between then and now, it had just a minor facelift, but now an all new model is being developed as a replacement for the current one.
Here is another set of latest photos showing a prototype of the new world car during cold weather testing on a frozen lake in Sweden.
Since the Verso will be an all new car, one can expect at least an upgrade of the current engines, if not a couple of new ones in addition. Its launch is predicted for mid 2007 for the 2008 model year.
