At the Geneva International Motor Show, BMW officials outlined their company objectives saying the automaker plans to deliver more cars and motorcycles in 2007 than in years past. BMW Chairman Dr. Norbert Reithofer explained the company hopes to deliver more than 1.4 million vehicles under the BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce umbrellas. This goal is attainable considering BMW has already sold more than 190,000 vehicles in January and February of 2007 - a 1.6 percent increase compared to the first two months of 2006. Other factors contributing to the success of this goal include the BMW 1 Series, the only rear-wheel drive vehicle in the compact sector. During the press conference, Reithofer also presented the "BMW EfficientDynamics" and the new M3 Concept Car.Related Articles
