Hyundai will be bringing along their latest creation, the C-segment hatchback i30, to the upcoming Geneva motor show. Especially made for Europe, it should reach dealers by summer and Hyundai is already claiming that this might be their most significant car to date! It'll initially be available as a 5 door hatchback, but in due time an estate version will come to the market too. There is a choice of 3 gasoline and 3 diesel engines, all with the option of manual or automatic.
The shapes and curves are based on the Arnejs concept (debuted at last year's Paris motor show). The i30 also signifies the start of Hyundai's new global naming strategy, they'll be moving away from descriptive and follow the Europeans with alpha numeric names.
Maybe in the hopes of being confused with the c30 and boosting sales in the process?
