New, dynamic interior and exterior looks
Last spring saw the Espace line-up undergo a significant transformation aimed at maintaining its edge in its increasingly fiercer segment. Closely derived from New Espace Dynamique which accounts for more than 30 per cent of sales in Europe, Espace Alyum Plus features an assertive personality and represents a marked break in terms of styling without comprising any of Espace's traditional strengths.
Poised to become a core version of the New Espace range, Espace Alyum Plus benefits from a long list of styling modifications.
Outside, the bottom edge of the front bumper is picked out in chrome beading, while the vent grilles and surrounds are now body coloured, the door handles are chromed and new 17-inch alloy wheels are available. Espace Alyum Plus can also be personalized thanks to the addition of a new metallic body colour (Intense Red) to the existing list of paint finishes. Optional body colour roof bars with a chromed centre section are also available for this version.
Espace Alyum Plus’s specific predominantly charcoal interior emphasizes its unique personality and sports appeal. The two-tone dark and light charcoal dashboard is matched with charcoal fabric and leather upholstery for the captain's chair front seats which offer extra lateral support. Meanwhile, the same red stitching used for the seats has been carried over to the four-spoke leather steering wheel, door panels and gear level bellows. The sporty, dynamic spirit of Espace Alyum Plus is further underpinned by the two-tone charcoal and red seatbelts, the aluminium steering wheel surround and the dark chrome dashboard airvent finish.
