Any EV conversions of classic Austin minis?

I like this configuration. It is like a diesel locomotive with the sadded feaure of the batteries. The ici engine runs at optimun=m rpm for maximun efficiencey.. Is the engine a deisel or gas job? Whwn will a car like this be on the market?

wow way to go - i can see a whole new era in trucking and transportation - imagine a 36 weel rig with 36x160 horsepower in weel motors - 5760 breakhorsepower with regenerative breaking fuelconsumption would be a fraction of what it is today - fantastic more power to you guys
