Competing with the Golf and Focus
The Japanese car maker Nissan is testing these days in Germany and England the replacement for the current Almera.
These latest photos from all angles are showing a prototype of the new model, which is called Tiida in Japan and Versa in the United States, where it has already been released. The European version Almera is not expected to be due for launch before this fall, possibly even later.
The new Almera five door hatchback is among others to compete with the Ford Focus and VW Golf and is to be sold alongside the already launched Nissan Note MPV and the yet to come Nissan Qashquai S.
