Even more choice and value for money
Mercedes-Benz has launched a Special Edition A-Class with a combination of equipment, sporty looks and practicality to offer customers even more value for money.
Based on the A-Class Classic SE model, the car is available in three petrol engines: A 150, A 170, A 200, and two diesel engines: A 160 CDI and A 180 CDI. It comes in both 3-door and 5-door versions with either the standard manual transmission or with the optional AUTOTRONIC transmission.
Standard equipment on the Special Edition includes unique and distinctive 16-inch alloy wheels with new, dynamic seven-spoke styling. The visual appeal of this trend-setting compact car has been further enhanced with the introduction of two new metallic paint colours exclusively available on this model: Mistral Blue and Reef Silver, or as an alternative, customers can also order the classic Cosmos Black.
The well equipped interior has special cloth upholstery and aluminium interior trim. The package also includes cruise control with SPEEDTRONIC (variable speed limiter), exterior sight and light package, leather trimmed steering wheel, gear shift and handbrake lever and black velour floor mats.
Dermot Kelly, Managing Director, Mercedes Car Group, said: "This new A-Class Special Edition includes as standard many of the items from the options list and is therefore exceptional value for money. Excellent residual values across the range mean that the whole life costs of owning a Mercedes-Benz are very competitive, when compared to other mass market manufacturers. All-in-all there has never been a better time to buy a Mercedes-Benz."
The A-class Special Edition starts from £14,490 OTR.
