New sports car based on Porsche Carrera 997

Porsche customizer Gemballa from Leonberg offers a new highlight in the sports car segment, the new Gemballa GT 3,8 l on the basis of the Porsche Carrera 997. The GT 3,8 l has a performance of 378 hp and thus 23 hp more than the basic Porsche model. The GT 3,8 l needs 4.7 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h and reaches a top speed of 295 km/h.

At Gemballa ´s the abbreviation GT stands for the slim body version. For the new Gemballa GT 3,8 l the body-kit comprises front apron GT, front opening hood GT, side sills GT with air channel as well as a rear spoiler GT. All the components have been optimized specially in the wind tunnel. The GT 3,8 l therefore impresses by its corresponding downforce and its specially adapted suspension, which guarantees greatest driving pleasure in every driving situation.

The GT 3,8 l has a Gemballa -suspension cross-brace as well as a stainless steel Gemballa double spring coil suspension. The rigid, so-called suspension subframe bearings made of aluminum at the rear axle, stabilize the car additionally at high speeds. Moreover Gemballa mounts a Stabi-Kit rear and front. The Gemballa Powerkit creates the vigorous sound of the GT 3,8 l and, together with Gemballa high-performance pipes, Gemballa sports catalysts and the Gemballa rear mufflers as well as four Gemballa tailpipes, also an excellent look and performance.
