177bhp with top speed of 137mph
The most powerful production smart yet, the BRABUS forfour, is set to get pulses racing when it goes on sale in June.
A heady concoction of smart innovation and style combined with the awesome design and power synonymous with uber-tuning house, BRABUS GmbH, makes the top of the range forfour a force to be reckoned with.
With significantly higher specification levels than comparable cars in its class, the BRABUS forfour is also the most complete smart ever built.
The car’s distinctive looks include BRABUS exterior body styling, with spoiler, side skirts, sports exhaust, and aggressive 17" BRABUS Monoblock VI alloy wheels.
The real gem is under the bonnet. The 1.5 litre turbo-charged engine has been developed by BRABUS exclusively for the forfour and delivers an impressive 177 bhp, thrusting it from 0-62.5 mph in only 6.9 seconds, with a top speed of 137 mph, making it the most powerful and fastest series production smart ever built.
With a power output of 177 bhp (130 kW) and a kerb weight of 1,090 kg, the power/weight ratio of 162 bhp/tonne is an enviable figure for most sports cars.
Black leather BRABUS sports seats with distinctive silver stitching and headrests embossed with the BRABUS logo, give the car even more of a luxury feel.
The combination of performance, luxury and driving pleasure makes the BRABUS forfour outstanding in its class.
