The new Fox will make its debut in Europe as a two-door with a large tailgate. The carefully budgeted Volkswagen only comes in one equipment version: Fox. It can be combined with three engines, ten paints and two interior schemes.
In addition to impressive active and passive safety features like ABS and front airbags, an extensive comfort package is carried on board as standard. This includes door mirrors adjusted on the inside, a boot light, a rear windscreen wiper/washer system with intermittent wiper, interior lights with switch-off delay, white controllable instrument illumination, red night design for switches, rev counter, indicator “Flash” function (press once = flash three times), radio preparation with four speakers, aerial, electro/hydraulic power steering (55 kW and TDI), dust and pollen filter, warning buzzer light not switched off, green tinted heat-insulated glass, vanity mirrors in sun visors, numerous storage compartments including a drawer under the height-adjustable driver’s seat as well as storage nets in the front seat backrests.
