Audi Reports April Sales

Audi sales for the month of April were propelled by strong A8 sales and A4 Cabriolet sales. In April, Audi of America, Inc. sold 412 A8s versus 47 sold during the previous year and the A4 Cabriolet enjoyed a 6.4 percent increase over last year (1,097 vs. 1,031). Overall, Audi sales were 7,137, down slightly from April 2003 sales of 7,209. With these results, year to date Audi sales are up in three product categories: A4, A4 Cabriolet and A8. Audi Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) business continued its robust year over year growth. CPO results were 1,834, a 14.8 percent increase from the previous year when sales were 1,597.
