Distinctive & individual
The new addition to the 2004 Yaris line-up will certainly turn heads. Only available in a choice of three different shades of blue, including an exclusive Jupiter Blue, it already creates a dynamic look with its full body-coloured bumpers, integrated fog lights and special edition wheel covers. Add to that distinctive detail touches, such as a personalised grade badge and chrome exhaust. For a more individual style, customers can choose the optional, new design alloy wheels. The individual styling extends to the interior where the signature blue special trim echoes the distinctive colour theme. The upgraded front and rear seats are trimmed in blue and grey fabric from the Sol grade, while the colour-keyed door trims add to the refinement. Once again, beauty is in the detail. Blue pipe-stitching is used to highlight the leather trimmed steering wheel and a chrome insert adds a dynamic touch to the leather-trimmed gearlever. Carbon inserts for the climate and window controls are borrowed from the exciting Yaris T Sport. Deep pile, exclusive carpet mats and special scuff plates to protect the door sills are personalised with the exclusive Yaris logo.Enhanced equipment levels
This Yaris version presents customers with upgraded equipment. It receives a leather-trimmed steering wheel fitted with remote audio controls - not only making audio selection more convenient but also significantly adding to driving safety by ensuring you do not have to take your hands off the wheel. The audio controls are a complement to the top of the range audio system, incorporating a CD player and 4 speakers. An optional upgrade can add a full, in-dash 6-CD changer with sub-woofer for enhanced bass sound.Availability
The new Yaris version will be available in most European markets as of March 2004. Customers will be able to chose among 3 different engines: 1.0-litre VVT-i (65 DIN hp), 1.3-litre VVT-i (87 DIN hp) and 1.4 D-4D diesel (75 DIN hp). All the units will be exclusively equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission, adding to the sporty, fun-to-drive feel.View Comment Rules
